Cannot create a Credential Template with the same name as a deleted template

We cannot create a Credential Template with the same name as a deleted template. When I tried, failed with this UI message:
Operation returned an invalid status code 'InternalServerError'

The first failure was on a POST to this endpoint:
https://api.trinsic.id/credentials/v1/definitions/schemas

(This is a low-impact issue.)
